Use the API to add product discovery, offer selection, and affiliate-enabled purchase links to your existing experience. You control the interface and agent workflow; REVERSIBLE handles the commerce data and retailer connectivity. Shoppers complete purchases with the retailer.

Which retailers and markets are covered?

Explore our retail partner directory to see the retailers in the REVERSIBLE network. API coverage, product availability, delivery destinations, and affiliate eligibility vary by retailer and market. Share your target categories and shopper regions so we can confirm coverage for your use case.

What does the API return?

Normalized products, the best available retailer offers, and affiliate-enabled purchase links, with pricing, availability, coupons, shipping, and return details where supported. REVERSIBLE handles cross-retailer matching and offer selection, so you do not need to build your own comparison infrastructure.

How reliable are prices and availability?

Refresh intervals vary by retailer. Prices and inventory can change before checkout, where the retailer confirms the final offer. The public demo uses fixed sample data; production coverage and freshness should be evaluated for your use case before launch.

Do we need our own affiliate partnerships?

No separate merchant onboarding is needed for supported partner retailers. REVERSIBLE provides affiliate connectivity and trackable purchase links through one integration. Production access and commission eligibility remain subject to approval and applicable retailer terms.

How are commissions tracked and confirmed?

Eligible purchases referred through your affiliate-enabled links are attributed to your account. Rates and attribution terms vary by retailer and product. Commissions are confirmed after validation and may be reversed for returns or cancellations. Sandbox links do not earn commission.

What are the API costs and commercial terms?

Request access with your use case and expected request volume. We will confirm API pricing, usage limits, commission-sharing terms, and payout conditions before production access. The advertised commission maximum does not apply to every sale.

How do we evaluate the API and go live?

Request API access to start with fixed sandbox catalog data, core Discovery and Commerce endpoints, and non-commissionable test links. We will review your coverage needs and commercial terms before production access. Launch timing depends on your integration and account approval.
